Breguet's Classique Répétition Minutes 7639, ref. 7639BB/6D/9XV, has a 44.5 mm case in white gold with a sapphire crystal over the silver dial. The case measures 11.9 mm thick, with lugs spaced 22 mm apart. Inside is the manual-winding calibre 567.2, offering 40 hours of power reserve and visible through a sapphire caseback. The minute repeater strikes hours, quarters and minutes on demand, and a central seconds hand completes the display. The watch is set with diamonds, and Breguet's hollow apple hands, in steel, stand out clearly against the dial. An alligator leather strap closes with a white gold folding clasp.
