The Breguet Classique Double Tourbillon Quai de l'Horloge 5345 (reference 5345PT/1S/7XU) features a 46mm round case in 950 platinum with a sapphire caseback. The dial consists of a chapter ring on a sapphire disc set above a centre plate that has been hand-engraved on a rose engine. It houses the manual-winding Breguet calibre 588N, a gold movement with twin rotating tourbillons, and the back of the movement bears an engraving of the "Quai de l'Horloge". The movement offers 60 hours of power reserve, the case has a water resistance of 16 metres, and the piece is fitted to a strap with a "stone" coating on rubber.
