Breguet Classique 5177

Breguet's Classique 5177, reference 5177BR/2N/9V602, measures 38 mm across in rose gold. The case stands 8.8 mm thick with lugs 20 mm apart, all cased in a round profile under a sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 7775, which runs at 4 Hz with 55 hours of power reserve, visible through a display back. The black dial carries a guilloché finish and a central seconds hand, both set off by hollow apple hands in gold. Central seconds gives the display a clean, legible sweep rather than a small offset dial. Breguet fits the watch to an alligator leather strap secured by a rose gold pin buckle. Water resistance is modest, rated to 30 metres.
