Audemars Piguet presents the Tourbillon Openworked, reference 26600OR.OO.D002CR.01, a 41 mm case in rose gold. The dial is fully openworked, revealing the dark structure of the movement beneath a sapphire crystal. Inside runs the manual-winding calibre 2948, a hand-wound movement built around the tourbillon it carries. The tourbillon itself sits open to view, its bridges and mainplate skeletonized rather than solid. This is a watch built for the mechanism to be seen, not concealed. It comes on a hand-stitched black alligator strap with a folding clasp in rose gold. Water resistance is modest here: the case is rated to 30 metres.
