Audemars Piguet Starwheel

Audemars Piguet's Code Starwheel, reference 15212NB.OO.D002KB.99, comes in a 41 mm black ceramic case. The case measures 11 mm thick and sits with an openworked dial, an unusual construction that lets the wandering hour discs do the work of hour and minute display. A sapphire crystal covers the dial. Inside is the self-winding calibre 4310, with a central seconds hand visible through the open architecture. This piece is a limited edition, issued as a special edition tied to Singapore's 60th anniversary of independence. The black textured rubber strap has a calfskin lining with red stitching and closes on an 18-carat white gold pin buckle; an additional strap is included. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
