Audemars Piguet Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon Openworked "50th Anniversary"

Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon Openworked "50th Anniversary", reference 26735ST.OO.1320ST.01, has a steel case measuring 41 mm across and 10.6 mm thick. The dial is fully openworked, exposing the rhodium-toned bridges and mainplate beneath a sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2972, fitted with a flying tourbillon that shows hours and minutes without a bridge across its centre. The skeletonized construction lets the mechanism show through from both sides of the case, and the bridges and mainplate blend with the tone of the steel itself. AP pairs the watch with a steel bracelet closed by a folding clasp. The case carries a water resistance rating of 50 metres.
