Audemars Piguet Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon Chronograph

The dial is openworked, showing the architecture of the movement beneath a sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2952, a flying tourbillon movement with a flyback chronograph function and centre seconds. The flying tourbillon sits exposed on the dial without a bridge above it, and the flyback pusher lets the chronograph reset and restart in a single motion. Hours and minutes are read alongside the running seconds display. The watch is fitted to a dark grey rubber-coated strap closed by an 18-carat white gold folding clasp. Water resistance is a modest 30 metres, in keeping with its complicated nature.
