Audemars Piguet Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon

Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon, reference 26730OR.GG.1320OR.01, measures 41 mm in rose gold. The case is fitted with a sapphire crystal and houses the self-winding calibre 2950. A flying tourbillon occupies the lower dial, with only hours and minutes indicated alongside it, no other complications intervening. The dial itself is finished in a dimpled brown, a detail specific to this reference. Both case and bracelet are rendered in the same rose gold, the bracelet closing with an AP folding clasp. At 41 mm the proportions stay close to the original Royal Oak. The case holds a water resistance rating of 50 metres, modest but standard for the collection.
