Audemars Piguet Selfwinding Chronograph

Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph, reference 26420SO.OO.A600CA.01, is a chronograph in a 43 mm steel case. The case measures 14.4 mm thick and carries a grey dial under a sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 4401, an in-house movement with flyback chronograph, small seconds and date. The flyback function allows the chronograph to be reset and restarted with a single push, useful for timing consecutive events. A rubber strap closes with a steel pin buckle, and the interchangeable strap system lets the owner swap it for another without tools. The dial layout keeps the small seconds and date subdials clear of the chronograph registers. Water resistance is set at 100 metres, adequate for daily wear and swimming.
