Audemars Piguet Selfwinding Chronograph

Audemars Piguet's Selfwinding Chronograph, reference 26393OR.OO.A002CR.01, has a 41 mm case in rose gold. The case measures 12.6 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over a black lacquered dial. Inside is the calibre 4401, a self-winding movement with flyback chronograph, small seconds and date. As a chronograph it is built for timing short intervals, and the flyback function lets the wearer restart a timing sequence with a single push. The dial's mirror finish sets off the curved gold indexes and the single numeral at 12 o'clock. A hand-stitched black alligator strap closes with a rose gold pin buckle. Water resistance is a modest 30 metres, so it suits dress wear rather than swimming.
