Audemars Piguet Selfwinding Chronograph

Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph 26238TI.OO.A001VE.01 is a titanium chronograph measuring 42 mm across. The case runs to a thickness of 15.3 mm and carries a grey dial under a sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 4404, a manufacture movement with flyback chronograph, small seconds and date functions. The flyback mechanism allows the chronograph to be reset and restarted with a single push, without stopping it first. A dark grey textured leather strap, fitted with a titanium pin buckle, completes the watch. The case follows the familiar Royal Oak Offshore proportions, substantial in titanium yet light on the wrist. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres, adequate for daily wear rather than diving.
