Audemars Piguet Selfwinding "50th Anniversary"

Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Selfwinding "50th Anniversary", reference 77451ST.ZZ.1361ST.01, comes in a 34 mm steel case. The case measures 8.8 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over a blue dial. Inside is the self-winding calibre 5800, a movement built into the anniversary edition of the Royal Oak line. It drives the hours, minutes, centre seconds and date, with the date shown through a small aperture on the dial. The watch is set with diamonds, giving the piece a dressier finish than the standard steel Royal Oak. A steel bracelet closes with a folding clasp, keeping the case secure on the wrist. Water resistance is rated to 50 metres, enough for daily wear without undue risk to the diamond setting.
