Family: El Primero
The Zenith caliber 3001 is an automatic movement belonging to the El Primero family, first launched in 1975. It is an openworked variant of the El Primero, introduced in 2003 as a skeletonized version of the base caliber. The movement is manufactured in-house by Zenith. Production of the base caliber has been discontinued, though skeletonized variants continue to be produced.
