The Tongji ST5 is a manual-winding movement manufactured by Shanghai Watch. It operates at 18,000 vibrations per hour and contains 17 jewels. Developed as part of a national standardization initiative in the 1970s, the movement was mandated across Chinese watch factories to unify quality and production standards. It powered Shanghai's 7120 models before being discontinued.
