The Grade 223 (Studebaker) is a manual-winding, 16-size railroad-grade pocket watch movement manufactured by South Bend Watch Company. It contains 17 jewels and was introduced in 1912 as part of the in-house Studebaker caliber family. Railroad-grade designations indicated compliance with stringent precision standards for American railway service. Production continued into the late 1920s before discontinuation.
