The Seiko 8B43 is a Japanese-made quartz movement powered by solar energy. It receives radio wave signals to synchronize with the Cesium Atomic Clock, maintaining accuracy of approximately +/- 15 seconds per month. The movement includes overcharging prevention, power saving functions, and automatic hand position adjustment. It is exclusive to JDM Brightz models and was not intended for the North American market.
