Seiko 6309

The 6309 is described in Seiko's own documentation as a Highly Reliable Movement, featuring stabilized accuracy and high reliability incorporated from the 61XX series. Servicing was improved through a new balance hairspring holding device that clamps directly in the terminal (no stud), simplified movement structure reducing parts count, and interchangeability of some parts with the Cal. 61XX series.
