Seiko 5M62

Caliber 5M62 is a Kinetic quartz movement manufactured by Seiko and remains in production. As part of the 5M family, it features a three-hand display with date function and is classified as an in-house caliber. The Kinetic system harvests energy from the wearer's motion to charge an integrated capacitor, delivering the accuracy of quartz while offering extended power reserve capability comparable to automatic movements. This movement appears primarily in Seiko's entry-level Kinetic models.
