Seagull TY3600

The Seagull TY3600 is a manual-winding mechanical movement with 17 jewels, manufactured in China by Tianjin Seagull Watch Group. It is an undecorated clone of the Swiss ETA 6497, measuring 37.2mm in diameter—slightly larger than its Swiss counterpart—with Incabloc shock protection and a small seconds display. The movement is part of the ST36 caliber family and is also known by the alternative designations ST3600, Asian 6497, and Chinese 6497. It remains in production and is commonly used by various watch brands for affordable dress watches.
