The Seagull TY2130 is an automatic movement manufactured in China, based on the ETA 2824-2. It operates at 28,800 vph and features a date complication with hacking seconds and hand winding. The movement uses a bidirectional rotor with Novodiac shock protection and a reverser winding system. Unlike the ETA 2824-2, the TY2130 is not produced in multiple grade variations, and its production by various factories without consistent markings has led to confusion between genuine ST2130 movements and counterfeit ETA clones. The movement is notably used in the CIGA Design Blue Planet.
