ETA SA SL-4801

The SL-4801 is an automatic column wheel chronograph caliber introduced in 2023. It operates at 28,800 vph with a power reserve exceeding 40 hours and contains 41 jewels. The movement measures 30.5 mm in diameter and 6.5 mm thick, featuring Incabloc shock protection and a ball-bearing rotor. As an in-house caliber, it is distinguished by perlage finishing on the dial side. The SL-4801 is produced by Peacock, a Chinese manufacturer, and is commonly used in Rolex Daytona-style homage watches due to its similar subdial configuration. A skeletonized variant, the SL-4802, is also available.
