Caliber 690 is an automatic movement produced by Oris. Introduced in 2000, it draws on the ETA 2836-2 as its base and includes a day-date complication. The movement represents Oris's reliance on ETA calibers during the pre-Sellita era, before the brand transitioned to using Sellita as its primary movement supplier. This caliber has since been discontinued as Oris updated its offerings.
