Family: 581
Caliber 581 is an automatic movement introduced by Oris in 2000. Based on the ETA 2671, it was designed as a small-size movement tailored for ladies' watches. As a non-in-house caliber derived from a standard Swiss ébauches movement, it represents Oris's use of reliable external platforms rather than proprietary manufacture. The movement has been discontinued, with Oris later focusing on in-house calibers like the Calibre 400.
