Family: L898Based on ETA SA 2892-A2
The L898 is an automatic GMT chronograph movement manufactured by Longines, introduced in 2019. It is based on the ETA A31.L01, which itself derives from the ETA 2892-A2 and 2894-2 architectures. The movement features a silicon balance spring, which provides improved magnetic resistance and stability. The L898, also known as the L898.5, remains in production.
