The IWC 74H4 is a hand-wound movement manufactured by IWC Schaffhausen. Introduced in 1939 as part of the 7x caliber family, it is a savonnette pocket watch conversion derived from a 1913 movement and serves as the original caliber for the Portugieser line. Key features include subsidiary seconds at 6, a Breguet overcoil, and a swan-neck regulator. Production has been discontinued.
