The Glycine GL-293 is a Swiss automatic GMT movement based on the ETA 2893-2, though production later shifted to the Sellita SW330-1 as an alternative supplier. It beats at 28,800 vph with Incabloc shock protection; jewel count varies by base movement—21 for ETA examples, 25 for Sellita. The caliber powers the Airman 17 and is listed in newer Glycine catalogs as "Swiss made automatic SW330 GMT." It remains in production.
