Family: GP7000
The GP7000 is a quartz caliber introduced by Girard-Perregaux in 1970 as the brand's first quartz movement. Operating at the industry-standard 32,768 Hz frequency, it was developed in collaboration with other manufacturers before becoming an in-house manufacture movement. The caliber has been discontinued. It established Girard-Perregaux's entry into quartz watchmaking during the石英 crisis era.
