The Felsa 81 is a manual-winding movement with a small seconds display. Its defining characteristic is the positioning of the minute wheel and pinion beneath the balance wheel, which permits a larger-than-typical balance diameter for this size class. Developed around 1970, the movement was designed by Record and subsequently supplied to Longines. The caliber saw limited production and remains incompletely documented in standard movement registers.
