Citizen caliber 8203A is an 11 1/2 ligne automatic movement with 21 jewels and Parashock 1 shock protection. Introduced in 1970, it features sweep seconds and a date complication. The movement uses a ball bearing for the minute wheel and includes Citizen's Parashock system for improved durability. Production continued through the early 1970s.
