German manufacturer of professional tool watches for pilots, divers, and special operations, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. Known for proprietary technologies including Tegiment hardening and Ar-Dehumidifying.

Sinn was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 1961 by Helmut Sinn (1916–2018), a former pilot and blind-flying instructor, under the name 'Helmut Sinn Spezialuhren'. The company initially focused on navigation cockpit clocks and pilot chronographs. In 1985, astronaut Reinhard Furrer wore the Sinn 140 S chronograph during the Spacelab D1 mission. In 1994, Helmut Sinn sold the company to Lothar Schmidt, who expanded technical capabilities and developed proprietary technologies. Under Schmidt's leadership, Sinn established its own case manufacturing facility. In 2014, the Sinn 857 UTC was worn by Alan Eustace during his stratospheric skydive world record, surviving -77°C and supersonic speeds. In 2015, Sinn opened the Römerberg Branch in Frankfurt's Old Town. In 2024, Lothar Schmidt established the UWE Foundation to secure the company's long-term continuity and prevent sale to speculators. In 2026, Sinn celebrated 65 years with the limited-edition 903 Ti II Anniversary.
