Lemania was a Swiss watch manufacturer and movement maker founded in 1884 by Alfred Lugrin. Originally named Lugrin SA, it became Lemania Watch Co. in 1930. The company produced movements for Omega, including the famous Speedmaster 'Moonwatch' calibre. Lemania merged into SSIH in 1932, separated in 1981 as Nouvelle Lemania, and was acquired by Breguet in 1992. Today, Lemania calibers continue to be used in Breguet and other high-end watches.
