TAG Heuer's Heuer 01 was launched in 2015 as the brand's first truly in-house chronograph movement, evolving from the Calibre 1887. It features a modular construction with a 6-9-12 subdial layout (running seconds at 6, chronograph minutes at 9, chronograph hours at 12). The movement is designed for skeletonized presentations, showcasing its column wheel and mechanical architecture. Used primarily in Carrera skeleton models. While sharing DNA with the 1887, the Heuer 01 represents TAG Heuer's transition to genuine in-house manufacturing.
