TAG Heuer's Calibre 16 is an automatic chronograph based on the legendary ETA/Valjoux 7750 or its Sellita SW500 equivalent. The 7750 is one of the most successful chronograph movements ever made. Earlier models use the ETA base while newer production uses Sellita after ETA restricted supply to non-Swatch Group brands. Features include a cam-operated chronograph with 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock, 30-minute counter at 12 o'clock, and running seconds at 9 o'clock. Day-date or date-only versions available. Found in Carrera Chronograph models.
