Hand-winding chronograph movement from the Lemania 1870 family, used in vintage Sinn 903 Navigation Chronographs during the 1990s-2001 period. A refined, high-quality manual wind chronograph with cam-actuated mechanism. The 903 Pl Hd 12 and 903 St Hd 12 models used this movement with its classic 3-6-9 subdial arrangement: 30-minute counter at 3:00, 12-hour counter at 6:00 (switched from 9:00), and small seconds at 9:00. Known for its smooth winding action and reliable timekeeping.
