The 1200P is an ultra-thin self-winding movement measuring just 2.35mm thick, making it one of the thinnest automatic movements in the world when launched in 2010. With 180 components, it features an off-centered platinum micro-rotor with the Piaget coat of arms engraved, balance stop for precise time setting, and an index-assembly signed with a 'P'. The movement showcases circular-grained mainplate, beveled bridges, wheels with sunburst motif, circular Côtes de Genève, and blued screws. It serves as the modern successor to the legendary 12P and is the base for the 1200 family of movements.
