Officine Panerai P.2005

The P.2005 is Panerai's first in-house tourbillon movement, featuring an innovative perpendicular-axis design where the cage rotates on an axis perpendicular to the balance wheel (not parallel as traditional). The cage completes one rotation in 30 seconds (vs conventional 60s), better compensating for positional errors. Tourbillon visible from caseback; a small colored disc on the dial rotates with the cage as proof of operation. Includes GMT with 24-hour display and 6-day power reserve indicator on caseback.
