The legendary Lemania 2310 (also known as CH27 C12 or Omega 321) is one of the most celebrated chronograph movements ever made. Developed jointly by Lemania and Omega in the '27 CHRO C12' project led by Albert Piguet and Jacques Reymond, it was introduced in 1942. Features a distinctive 'wishbone' shaped bridge and column wheel design with screwed balance. Famous as the movement that powered the Omega Speedmaster to the moon - worn by Buzz Aldrin during the Apollo 11 mission. Used by prestigious brands including Omega, Patek Philippe (as Cal. 2872), Vacheron Constantin (as 1141), and Breguet. Replaced by the cam-switching Lemania 1872 family in 1968. Omega relaunched a recreation as Cal. 321 in 2019 for the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing.
