The Five Time Zone movement system is Jacob & Co.'s signature multi-timezone solution, featuring five independent Swiss quartz calibers (typically ETA 280.002 or Ronda 1042) housed in a single case. Each movement powers its own dial, allowing the wearer to track five different time zones simultaneously. The central dial displays the local time while four sub-dials at cardinal positions show additional time zones. This innovative approach became Jacob & Co.'s most recognizable design after its introduction in 2002, making the brand famous before its entry into haute horlogerie complications. Available in 40mm and 47mm case sizes with various bezel options including diamond-set versions.
