ETA 6497-1

The ETA/Unitas 6497-1 is a Lépine caliber hand-wound movement with small seconds at 9 o'clock. A classic pocket watch movement adapted for wristwatches, it is widely used in pilot watches and large case designs. Part of ETA's Mecaline Specialties line. The 6497 differs from the 6498 in the position of the small seconds subdial.
