The Caliber 3120 was Audemars Piguet's workhorse in-house automatic movement, featuring 280 total components. The 22K rose gold engraved oscillating weight is mounted on ceramic ball bearings. Notable features include a variable inertia free-sprung balance, screwed mobile stud, diamond-graved bevelled bridges, inverted snailing and Geneva stripes on bridges, and perlage on the mainplate. Replaced by the Caliber 4302 in 2019.
